If you host with us, and want to build your own site and need wordpress installed on your domain, we will do this for you at no extra charge

Yes we do a complete backup once a day, and keep backups for up to 14 days.

No we do not have any contracts, however we require one months notice to cancel hosting, and if you have purchased our annual hosting deal then we do not offer any refunds should you cancel the hosting during the 12 month annual period. We do however request that if you have taken a hosting deal with us, that you host for a minimum of 1 year unless we have failed to deliver optimal hosting services.

When you transfer your hosting to us we will do everything possible to make the migration to us a smooth process.

Yes we do, it’s R150 for a .co.za domain and R250 for a .com domain. Other domains on request.

Yes we can and our servers are all based in South Africa, so if you are in South Africa then your emails will be super quick.

All websites that we design have a mobile theme which kicks in when you view the site from your phone or tablet.

There is no limit, however if we see that your website is getting over 20 gigs of traffic, it may mean it’s time for you to get your very own server. We’ll advise accordingly when needed.

Once we have your briefing, we get on with the job of designing your website. We will be in touch daily until completed. If you work with us and provide prompt feedback we can easily finish your website in a week or less.

We want to be sure that you are happy with what we are going to design for you, so before you pay your deposit invoice we will do a mock up of the home page so long, and if you’re happy you then pay your deposit and we continue with the website.

Yes we do, you can either receive a finders fee of R250 should anyone you refer go with us, or you can use this as a credit towards future hosting invoices.

Yes you can, and we will provide you on request your very own custom youtube tutorial video, showing you how to login, update a page, add a blog post etc.

Yes we do offer eCommerce integration on any websites we have designed. To add this feature we will quote accordingly. Our hourly rate is R350 per hour. On average it takes just 4 hours for us to add a shopping cart feature to an existing WordPress site.

Yes we are very pleased with the invoice system we have been using for many years, and have setup similar systems for our clients as well. We use Zoho Invoice which is a cloud based system, and will require you to pay a monthly fee of R150 directly to them. We only charge a once off initiation fee where we setup everything for you, including your quote and invoice templates, for R1500 once-off.
